A full range is manufactured for the New Zealand commercial and housing markets. As well, a large amount of TimFin’s production is exported to various countries including Australia and the USA.  TimFin (short for ‘Timber Finishings’) has recently installed some of the world’s leading state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. This continues to ensure that our products are rated worldwide amongst the very best quality. But they are also manufactured with a cost base that is amongst the lowest in the world. Our quality begins with New Zealand plantation-grown radiata pine from replenishable stocks, processed in technologically advanced mills and then graded and stress-tested in strict accordance with TimFin’s quality guidelines.
TimFin produces specialised finishing products for the building industry for the New Zealand domestic and commercial markets and export markets such as: - window liners
- door jambs
- mouldings – architraves, skirtings and scotias (standard and heritage)
- exterior treated joinery including window and door sills
- exterior treated laminated handrails
- picture frames
- tongue & grove profiles for panelling
- fascia
- pencil rounds
- balustrades
 TimFin products include treated and non-treated timber in either random or set lengths. All products produced are pre-dried and some are profiled to specification and are then pre-primed. The majority of the products manufactured are from our state-of-the-art finger jointing plant.
The product range consists of approximately two hundred individual items.
